  • Role responsibilities:

    As a Watersports Instructor, you will be expected to do the following:

    • Provide a high standard of guiding and instruction to all groups and guest.

    • Work with the team to run equipment rental and managing day to day operations on the beach.

    • Instruct a variety of activities under the supervision of the Operation Manager & Senior Instructors.

    • Keep up to date with a high standard and professionalism within the adventure industry.

    All applicants must hold the following qualifications:

    • Outdoor First aid (minimum 2 day)

    • ·Paddle Sport Leader Qualification

    Additional qualifications desired:

    • NCC trained or qualified

    • PB2

    • Full driving license

    All applicants must be aged 18+ and willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training.

    Pay rate: £17:50/ hour

    Contract: 1st June - 6th September

  • Role responsibilities:

    As a Boat Driver and Assistant Instructor, you will be expected to do the following:

    • Provide a high standard of tours and rides to all groups and guests.

    • Work with the team to run equipment rental and managing day to day operations on the beach.

    • Run successful RIB tours & inflatable rides for customers.

    • Be willing to train and run Blokarting and Coasteering session

    • Keep up to date with a high standard and professionalism within the adventure industry.

    All applicants must hold the following qualifications:

    • PB2

    • Full driving license

    Additional qualifications desired:

    • NCC trained or qualified

    • Outdoor First aid (minimum 2 day)

    All applicants must be aged 21 or older and willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training.

    Pay rate: £17.00/hour

    Contract: 1st June - 6th September

  • As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager and act as the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is key to ensuring every guest has a smooth, welcoming experience from their first enquiry to the moment they head off on their adventure.

    While the role is primarily office-based, there will be occasional beach work supporting day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcoming customers and handling enquiries in person, by phone, and online

    • Selling tours and adventure activities

    • Managing bookings and scheduling staff days

    • Confidently juggling multiple lines of communication at once (phone, email, in-person enquiries)

    • Writing friendly, professional emails and speaking with customers on the phone

    • Supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations

    • Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times

    • Occasional beach-based support when required

    Hours & Contract

    • 20 hours per week

    • Hours are negotiable

    • Must be available to work weekends

    Requirements

    • Proven customer service experience (essential)

    • Time-efficient and well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks

    • Comfortable handling multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously

    • Confident writing clear, friendly, and professional emails

    • Confident and professional speaking with customers on the phone

    • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team

    All applicants must be aged 16+ and willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training

    Pay rate: £15/hour

    Contract: 23rd May - 6th September

Trainee Instructor

If you are interested in working in the outdoor industry and would love to become a watersports instructor, we can help you gain the right qualifications and experience to thrive in the industry. Previous trainee instructors have gone on to become senior instructors and managers in the company and have taken their qualifications to work all over the world as kayak instructors, boat drivers and paddle board guides.
